Eligible Refunds
- If the product has a defect or is damaged during shipping, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
- For change of mind or incorrect purchases reported within 7 days, a refund may be provided (excluding delivery charges).
General Policy
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
- Management reserves the right to approve refunds or exchanges at its discretion.
- If a refund is approved, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- No credit will be provided for freight and handling charges.
Manufacturer / Supplier Issues
In case of issues related to items from local manufacturers or suppliers, we may:
- Return the product to the manufacturer/supplier to determine the issue, or
- Refer you directly to the supplier for assistance, refund, or exchange authorization.
Most items include manufacturer details such as name, address, and contact number. If unavailable, we will provide the details upon request.
Australia Post Orders
Orders shipped via Australia Post (Express or Standard) are not eligible for refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- Item damaged and confirmed by Australia Post
- Delayed, missing, or redirected shipments
We can contact Australia Post on your behalf if needed, but we do not cover or refund parcels under these circumstances.

Expiry Condition
- Returns are accepted if the product has an expiry of less than 1 month from the delivery date.
